A: Simply look for the product you'd want to buy and click the "Add To Cart" button on the right side of the product detail page. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we will ship your order within 3-5 business days.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Upon placing your order, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order. Our fulfillment warehouse packs your goods and ships them the soonest possible time. Once you order has been shipped, a tracking # will be sent to you via mail. You may also visit the Order Status page for real-time updates. If you did not receive your tracking number or have any updates under our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to probe further.

A: Our warehouses are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take 14 to 35 business days depending on the customs.

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be qualified for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
