SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are subject to product disposal. If an item in your order is unobtainable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in different shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your place and the size of your order. You are accountable for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties. If there is any destruction to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE ORDER?
Orders are shipped out straight from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, kindly allow an estimated 1-5 weeks for your order to reach to the USA (varies from product to product). Other countries can take an estimated 1-6 weeks (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.
CUSTOMS AND TAXES : EXTRA CHARGE
The prices shown on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be accountable to pay for duties and taxes once you obtain your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your duty and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays instigated by the customs department in your country. ORDER STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL:
All of our orders are referred with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets trapped at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be appropriate to shipping situations.
ORDER SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES:
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be sent from the a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is prevalent and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at altered times, in separate packages, to avoid holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
